Caleb- 3 months!

It took some effort to get this little one to smile but oh my gosh how adorable is he!?!? We always encourage moms to do something a little different than just the traditional shots. Danae brought in the most adorable little cowboy hat and little boots & boy was it worth it! For your child's next session consider bringing a hat, a favorite item, or go for a theme like this one! Lindsey + Steve= LOVE

Ian is 5!

Ian has to be one of the cutest little boys ever!! He is so onery as you can probably tell from the first image. Ian came in for his 5 year old birthday photos and did absolutly amazing! Little Baby Clark

Chris & Carrie are also no stranger to us here at the studio! I had the honor of photographing their wedding in December of 2006! WOW how the times goes so quickly! Sara & I LOVE it when our wedding couples come back once they decide to have a family. It was great catching up with these two and I know they are going to be GREAT parents!! I was SO excited to photograph Jackie and John!! Jackie and I were next door neighbors for many years throughout our childhood and basically grew up together! I couldn't wait to meet the man of her dreams. She didn't disappoint either! John is wonderful. I think he is one of the funniest people ever! I was laughing so hard throughout their entire session I could barely take the pictures! Anyways, I can't wait until their wedding day! Thank you guys for such a fun session! CAlbers

Prayers

Most of you may have heard that Sara had a precious baby girl on Sept 5 and named her Josyln. This past week Josyln has gotten very sick with meningitis and has been admitted into Children's Hospital in Dayton. I am posting this blog to have everyone please keep Sara, Nick, Adam & most of all Josyln, in your prayers! We are all thinking about you!

So, I have to tell you, I photograph a LOT of sweet brides and its hard to pick out the sweetest, but I think Amber is one of the best! She wrote me the most awesome email and I just to share it will all of our fellow blog readers! Sara & I work very hard on the weekends giving up time with our family and friends to photograph about 60 weddings a year, when we get emails like this one, it makes every minute of it SO worth it! We LOVE to hear feedback from our clients! Especially positive feedback ;)

Since Amber is so in love with her Modern Image Book I've decided to include a few pages from her book onto our blog! CAlbers

I do want you to know how happy Nick and I are with the modern image book. When I asked for responses and feedback from our family and friends I received nothing but, 'beautiful,' 'perfect,' 'the best wedding pictures I have ever seen,' and those are just a few! I also had many compliments about how friendly, yet professional you were on the wedding day. Nick and I could not have asked for a better photographer! Thank you so much for your creative designs, now no matter how many years pass, we will always have the 'most beautiful' wedding photographs/modern image book (thanks to you!)! OCTOBERFEST

I hope everyone had a great weekend and was able to get to the Octoberfest in Minster. As you can see in the pictures, we were in the parade. I would like to thank my our parents and my husband for all of their help in making this happen. Since Joslyn is just 4weeks old, it took a lot more organization and help from others. I had a great time and loved seeing everyone along the parade route. Thank-you to all that came out to see us and your continued support!

SeNiOr-Derrick

Derrick was such a great senior to photograph! I can honestly say I have never photographed a bull rider. The location was PERFECT for him! During our whole session I was so interested in the sport asking him tons of questions. I've come to the conclusion that Bull Riding is a very difficult and dangerous sport! :) Thanks Derrick for answering my 100 questions! Calbers
